The CTRC brand is being established in other countries including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), India, China, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Philippines, Mexico, and Panama.

Emerging and developed economies require an educated global workforce to stay competitive. New market demands, technologies, globalization, and world standards in education mandate a new and innovative approach to traditional trainings and post secondary education. CTRC recognizes these global trends and offers educational programs that are in the high growth markets of today and the future. CTRC modifies Canadian curriculum to localize it for emerging economies with critical relevance on global conditions and market demand. The same Canadian standards in education will be adhered to as if the curriculum was being delivered in Canada. CTRC will not issue a certification if the levels of delivery and learner outcomes are not equivalent to that in Canada.
